What once was a forest with only one small road is now a 5-Star awardee for Best Residential Landscape Architecture (Malaysia), awarded by the International Property Awards, UK at its Asia Pacific Property Awards 2014/2015. Receiving the award for Nada Alam, 10 years after venturing into the property development industry, is a testimony of Seri Pajam Development’s perseverance and determination to continuously do better; the award was not the goal, but it recognises our achievement of building substantial value for our investors.
